Project Type
New construction full-property landscape installation.
A full property installation path from site review to garden bed planning and finished landscape work.
New construction full-property landscape installation.
Screening, sod, planting, garden beds, paths, and outdoor living coordination.
Installed and established before first summer use.
A bare construction lot turned into a finished residential landscape. Privacy screening went in first to start establishment time, then lawn, gardens, paths, and the fire pit area followed in a coordinated sequence.
The property needed a landscape plan that could move from new construction conditions into a finished outdoor setting with defined beds, planting direction, and a practical installation path.
The design direction focused on organizing the property into readable outdoor areas, shaping garden beds, coordinating planting zones, and giving the installation team a clear sequence.

Each case study stays focused on proof of work and links back to the correct service pages for full service details.
Construction-phase debris, compaction, and exposed sandy soil were addressed first.
Arborvitae privacy screening was installed early to start establishment time.
Topsoil, sod, mulch, and planting beds created the finished property structure.
Paths and the fire pit area completed the usable outdoor zones.
Before
After
Arborvitae created immediate structure and a long-term privacy path.
The turf area was established after soil preparation and grading.
Hydrangea and supporting plantings created curb presence around the home.
Stone and fire pit elements gave the rear yard a clear destination.
New construction landscapes can fail when soil, irrigation, lawn, beds, and hardscape are handled as disconnected tasks. This project kept the work sequence practical and coordinated.
The final property reads as a complete landscape, not a house surrounded by late-stage cleanup work.
