Project Type
Multi-zone existing property upgrade.
A multi zone upgrade showing how paths, screening, and planting beds can be improved together.
Multi-zone existing property upgrade.
Walkway, privacy screening, garden beds, planting, and phased improvement planning.
Three zones planned together so the property reads as one finished scope.
An existing property gained circulation, privacy, and planting structure: a natural stone walkway, twin Arborvitae screens, and five mixed-perennial garden beds — each zone independent, all planned as one landscape.
The property had multiple outdoor zones that needed better structure, privacy, circulation, and garden bed definition.
The plan treated the property as connected zones rather than isolated tasks, with walkway improvements, privacy screening, and bed upgrades supporting the same property goals.

Each case study stays focused on proof of work and links back to the correct service pages for full service details.
The walkway, screens, and beds were planned as connected improvements.
The stone path defined movement through an existing lawn area.
Arborvitae screens reduced exposure at two key property edges.
Five garden beds added color, structure, and seasonal change.
Natural stone created a deliberate route through the lawn.
Arborvitae plantings improved privacy at two exposed locations.
Five separate beds added texture, bloom, and structure.
A larger property upgrade does not always need to happen at once. This project shows how circulation, privacy, and planting improvements can be planned together and completed in practical phases.
The finished work makes the property feel more intentional, more private, and more complete while keeping each improvement easy to understand.
