Manage your property's nighttime environment from anywhere. We design and program app-controlled smart lighting systems that allow for custom zoning, dimming, and automated scheduling.
Smart landscape lighting on Martha's Vineyard adds app control, zoning, dimming, and automated scheduling to a low-voltage system. Infinity Landscaping installs and programs professional smart transformers - running independently of internet outages once schedules are loaded - so different property zones, accents, and entry sequences can be controlled separately from a phone.

What this page covers
Custom zone configuration
Smart controllers allow us to separate your outdoor lights into independent groups or zones. You can turn on the driveway and path lights for safety while keeping the patio and garden lights dimmed or turned off, giving you complete flexibility.
App-controlled scheduling & dimming
Adjust your lighting levels directly from your smartphone or tablet. Our smart systems support smooth dimming from 1% to 100%, allowing you to transition from bright path lighting at dusk to soft, ambient mood lighting for late-night entertaining.
Astronomical clock automation
Never worry about adjusting timers as the days get shorter or longer. Smart transformers use astronomical clocks that calculate sunset and sunrise times based on your Vineyard location, automatically turning your lights on and off at the perfect moment.
Home automation integration
We design smart systems that integrate with existing home controls. Whether your property runs on Lutron, Control4, Crestron, or standard smart home assistants, we coordinate the wiring and programming to ensure seamless operation.
Landscape Lighting
Next-generation outdoor controls
For large residential estates and properties with diverse outdoor spaces, traditional plug-in timers and photocells are no longer sufficient. Modern smart landscape lighting offers precise control over every fixture.
We install professional-grade smart low-voltage controllers that connect to your home's Wi-Fi network. This enables you to set custom schedules, create lighting presets (such as "Entertaining," "Quiet Evening," or "Away"), and control fixtures individually or in zones from anywhere in the world.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, smart controllers require a reliable internet connection to sync with smartphone apps and update schedules. We test the Wi-Fi signal at the proposed transformer site before installation. If the signal is weak, we can coordinate with local AV partners to install outdoor network extenders.
In many cases, yes. If your current low-voltage transformer is in good working order, we can often install a smart control module or swap the transformer for a smart unit. This allows you to group and schedule your existing fixtures without rewiring the entire yard.
Zoned lighting lets you illuminate only the parts of your yard that are in use. For example, you can turn on the outdoor kitchen and dining area zones during dinner, then switch to a soft fire-pit zone later, all while keeping unoccupied garden edges dark.
Our smart controllers feature internal backup batteries and memory. If the property loses power or the Wi-Fi connection drops, the system will keep its programmed schedules and turn the lights on and off at the correct times once power returns.
